Custom Order Process

Everstone Studio creates bespoke rings through a structured, transparent process. Each step is designed to keep you informed and in control, from initial enquiry to final delivery.

1. Enquiry
The process begins when you submit an enquiry, including your reference image, ring size, preferred metal, stone, etc. These details give our team an accurate starting point for your design.

2. Consultation and Quote
A sales consultant will contact you to discuss your design in detail, clarify your requirements, and address any questions. Following this consultation, you will receive a quote for your review.

3. Design
Once the details and quote are confirmed, our designer begins developing your ring according to the agreed specifications.

4. Digital Preview
Before manufacturing, you will be provided with a virtual video and detailed images of the completed design. This allows you to review the ring precisely as it will be produced and to request any adjustments.

5. Approval
Manufacturing does not commence until you have reviewed the preview and confirmed that all details are correct and a 10% deposit is paid.

6. Manufacturing
Once approved, the design is sent in to be manufactured.

7. Quality Check
Every completed ring undergoes a thorough inspection before it leaves our care. We verify that the finished piece matches the approved design in every detail and check the craftsmanship, materials, and finish to ensure there are no flaws or damage. A ring is only cleared for delivery once it meets our standards in full.

8. Invoicing and Delivery
Once your ring has passed inspection, an invoice is issued. Once the invoice is paid, your ring is carefully prepared for delivery. We take great care with our packaging, securing each ring in protective materials designed to keep it safe in transit. For courier deliveries, additional measures are taken to ensure your ring arrives protected and in perfect condition and delivered by secure courier or handed over in person.
