Dispatch
Once your ring is complete, has passed our quality control inspection, and your invoice has been paid in full, it will be prepared for dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within [2 business days] of payment being received. Packaging
Every ring is prepared for delivery with extensive protective packaging and secure boxing. We take multiple steps to safeguard your ring in transit, using protective materials and discreet, tamper-evident packaging designed to keep your piece secure from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your hands.

Insured courier
All rings are shipped via a secure, reputable courier, and every shipment is fully insured for its declared value for the duration of transit. In the rare event that your ring is lost or damaged while in transit, it is covered by this insurance, and we will assist you promptly in resolving the matter and arranging a replacement or remake as appropriate.

Signature on delivery
For security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your ring at the delivery address provided.

Delivery options
Your ring can be delivered by secure insured courier, or handed over in person by arrangement. Delivery areas and available options can be confirmed with your consultant during your order.

If there is an issue with your delivery
If your ring arrives with any sign of damage to the packaging, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within [7 days] with clear photographs and details. As your shipment is insured, we will handle the claim process with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed throughout.
